Chijioke Ojimadu is a passionate football professional with a unique blend of playing, coaching, and organizational experience. His journey in sports began as a left back, progressing into a semi-professional career in the Caribbean before transitioning into coaching and mentoring young athletes.

Over the past seven years, Chijioke has coached and coordinated programs that impacted over 500 players across multiple age groups, from U10 to U19. He served as a skills trainer at Inter Atlanta for four years and as a program coordinator with Rising Stars Atlanta for three years, where he honed his expertise in player development, schedule planning, and operations management.

In addition to his on-field experience, Chijioke brings a strong academic and professional foundation. Currently completing his medical degree, he also holds certifications in coaching, refereeing, clinical data management, clinical research, and as a Certified Clinical Research Associate. His ability to combine sports knowledge with analytical and organizational skills sets him apart in the field of sports management.

Chijioke’s vision is clear: to help talented young players gain visibility and connect with clubs seeking fresh talent. Driven by his values of transparency, fitness, and dedication, he is committed to shaping future stars while building strong pathways for their careers.

A lifelong Arsenal fan, Chijioke sees himself in the next 3–5 years managing players directly, organizing scouting opportunities, and building platforms that bridge young talent with professional opportunities.

President, International Development Raymond Western Zuma serves as the President of International Development at Defarm management , where he oversees global partnerships, athlete representation expansion, and strategic alliances across multiple continents. With a strong background in aviation and professional sports, Raymond brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and athletic discipline to the organization. Adegree holder in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Raymond’s journey reflects precision, focus, and resilience — values that also defined his earlier career as a professional mixed martial artist. Competing internationally, he developed a deep appreciation for global sporting culture, athlete welfare, and the business of sports. His transition from combat sports to executive leadership was driven by a passion to elevate African and international athletes onto the global stage. As President of International Development, Raymond plays a pivotal role in establishing strategic relationships with federations, sponsors, and global partners, ensuring that the organization’s vision of athlete empowerment and sports innovation continues to expand worldwide. Outside the boardroom, Raymond is an avid swimmer, hiker, and reader, channeling his love for physical challenge and mental growth into every aspect of his life. Ali has been managing top fighters for the past couple of decades now. He has a plethora of contacts throughout the industry and has formed some amazing relationships throughout his journey. If Ali isn’t with his family or negotiating contracts, you will find him on the mats rolling with his clients. Not often do you see a manager on the mats, but Ali isn’t your typical manager. He can relate to his clients on a different level, which has given Dominance a family-like culture.
